Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement

3. Irrevocable Financial Transactions

All monetary transactions, purchases, payments, or financial exchanges conducted through the Service are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. By proceeding with any transaction, you expressly waive any rights to reversal, chargeback, refund, exchange, credit, or monetary recompense. This provision survives termination of this Agreement and applies regardless of technical errors, dissatisfaction, or changed circumstances.

4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability and whether foreseeable or not.

5. Age Verification and Legal Capacity

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Provider reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Service Classification and Regulatory Compliance

The Service is provided solely for recreational and diversionary purposes. Users acknowledge that the platform facilitates interactive digital experiences through the acquisition of virtual credits, which enable extended participation in the available recreational activities. No monetary consideration is provided to users as compensation or remuneration for participation.
